Check Your Tax Return Status You can check the status of your tax return (including assessment status and benefit payment status) using the Canada Revenue Agency's "Quick Access" service. To use this service, visit the Quick Access website at http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/eservices/tax/individuals/quickaccess/, and click the Continue button at the bottom of the welcome screen. You will be required to enter your Social insurance number, your date of birth, the amount from line 150 of your tax return*, and the year for which the tax return was filed. Once you have entered this information, click Continue, and accept the service terms. You will then be presented with a menu containing options for retrieving information about your tax return. * Listed under "Total Income" on the tax return summary which you received upon completion of your tax return at JonHall Tax Solutions; this amount must be rounded to the nearest dollar. |
